At this time, pre-registration is now closed.  If you still need to register, you will need to do so in the Wayne Hall foyer of the Cobo Convention Center starting at 7:30 am on Tuesday, November 3.

Exhibitors:  You receive 2 complimentary full conference passes with your 10 x 10 SF booth purchase.  For each additional 100 SF reserved, you receive 1 additional complimentary full conference pass.  Free passes can be redeemed through the Exhibitor Service Center.

This event is proceeding as planned and the original cancellation policy below is in affect. Please click here
for some recommended safety precautions from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention regarding
H1N1 (Swine Flu). Should the situation change, we will update this page with new information.

Early discounted registration rates end October 13, 2009. After 3:00 pm ET on October 30, 2009, you may no longer register by mail or fax.  After this date, you must register on-site at the convention center and some items may be sold out by this time.  Registration confirmations are emailed automatically upon registering on-line or upon manual entry of registrations sent via mail or fax. 

All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted to AWEA in writing via email, fax, or mail.  Refunds may not be processed until after the completion of the conference.  All refund requests received by October 27, 2009 will be processed less a $100 administrative fee.  There will be no refunds made for cancellations after October 27 or for no-shows and registration fees may not be transferred to a different AWEA event.  However, substitutions are permitted at no charge.
